Mr. Beavers has been involved in the development, sales, and operations of self-storage facilities for over 15 years. Over that period he has directed site selection, design, entitlements, construction, operations, and disposition of numerous facilities across the southeast. Mr. Beavers is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Beavers is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Beavers lives with Barbara, his wife of 28 years in Orlando.
