Just recently cleared and started development, Heritage Commons is planned to be FLAGSHIP INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC first retail project. The 5-acre site is in for final permitting and is tentatively planned for a 100,000 sq. ft. climate controlled storage facility, a small 12,000 sq. ft. retail strip center, and a restaurant/bank pad that we will consider a straight sale, build to suit, or a land lease.
