Flagship Land Group has distinguished itself as a company with the experience and talent needed to successfully produce residential communities that National Builders want to build in. The National Builders need relationships with developers to help provide them home sites to give their building machines the product they need to build homes. We will have a continuing opportunity to develop communities to satisfy the demand for home sites.

Flagship is a Preferred Developer for one of the top builders in the Country. The Flagship Team has developed over 5,000 residential home sites in over 15 master planned communities in the Orlando, Tampa and Brevard markets. Flagship is currently preparing to start development of two projects that are pre-sold to our National Builder.

Ted Bolin is the President of Flagship and has developed master planned communities for Lennar Homes, DR Horton Homes, Engle Homes, Mercedes Homes, US Homes, Pringle Homes and other builders. Ted Bolin is a CPA and former bank executive who has been a full time residential developer for 20 years. Ron Roberts is Vice President of Flagship and has worked in residential development for Pulte Homes and Mercedes Homes. Ron has 10 years of residential development experience. Richard Hanahoe is a Senior Project Manager and has over 5 years of real estate development management experience.

Flagship has a very experienced team of outside consultants including the law firm of Holland and Knight, the engineering and land planning firms of Bowyer Singleton Engineering, Wilson Miller, KCG, Farner Barley, and Biological Research Associates. The Flagship Team has very good relationships with all the governmental agencies involved in the development approval process at the local, regional and state levels.

Flagship’s main focus is the Greater Orlando and Tampa markets and will continue to search for other areas of opportunity.
