Fully sold out as of April 2008 with the sale of the last commercial lot to Ft. Lauderdale based ACP to build a 100,000 sq. ft. climate controlled storage facility, the door to Flagship Park is now officially closed. Originally offering both residential and commercial, the Flagship Park residential was sold to DR Horton late in 2004 followed closely by the first two commercial lots to a restaurant franchiser to construct a Frischa’s Big Boy hamburger restaurant and a tire oil and lube store in 2006. Profits on Flagship Park exceeded original pro-forma by 32%. The final profit distribution was made to all investors at this closing.
